About the Role

Insurance Services Representatives help individuals and families learn about life insurance, retirement strategies, and financial protection options. Candidates may work remotely and receive training, mentorship, and support while completing the necessary licensing and onboarding requirements.

Prior financial services experience is not required. Candidates must be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state life insurance license before presenting or selling regulated insurance products.

Remote Opportunity

Work remotely with a flexible schedule as an independent contractor.

Training & Mentorship

Access ongoing training, team development calls, field mentorship, and support designed to help representatives learn the industry and serve clients professionally.

Carrier & Product Access

Licensed representatives may have access to multiple insurance carriers and product options, including life insurance, annuities, and retirement-focused solutions, based on state licensing and carrier appointments.

Growth Opportunities

Representatives who demonstrate consistency, professionalism, and leadership may have the opportunity to mentor others and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Educate individuals and families on insurance and financial protection concepts.
  • Help clients identify needs related to life insurance, retirement planning, and protection strategies.
  • Schedule and conduct virtual or phone-based client appointments.
  • Follow company training, compliance, and ethical communication standards.
  • Complete licensing, carrier appointment, and onboarding requirements.
  • Build long-term client relationships through education and service.
  • Participate in team development calls, training appointments, and mentorship activities.
  • For qualified representatives, assist in developing and supporting licensed team members.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Professional, coachable, and organized.
  • Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Must be willing and able to obtain a state life insurance license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Compensation is commission-based and is not guaranteed. There is no base salary, hourly wage, or guaranteed income.
